3 bell peppers.

1 pasilla chili.

3 garlic cloves.

3 guajillo chilies.

250 grams of chambray potato.

200 grams of mushroom.

250 grams of onion, preferably cambray and precooked.

Steps

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees.

For the marinated pork shank, you must boil the chiles until they are completely soft.

Place the chamorro on a sheet of aluminum foil, then cover it with the paste you just made. You must wrap until the aluminum foil perfectly covers the chamorro.
