6 bell peppers.

500 grams of ground meat.

2 carrots.

1 onion.

1 potato.

Salt and pepper to taste.

2 tablespoons of oil.

Steps

Here are all the steps you need to follow to make ground beef stuffed peppers. Thus, you will be able to offer your relatives a delicious and different meal.

Step 1

Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and place them in a bowl to cook over medium heat. Also, add a little water to it. Generally, this process can take about 10 minutes.

Step 2

In a pan add the oil and let it heat up a bit. Then, add the finely chopped garlic and the diced onion to brown them a bit. 

Step 3

When you notice that these ingredients become transparent, add the ground meat and add pepper. Then, begin to integrate them all, let them cook for approximately 15 minutes. Remember to be moving constantly so that the cooking is uniform and does not burn.

Step 4

Cut off the top of the bell pepper to form a cap, then remove all the seeds to keep them clean.

Mix the ground meat with the vegetables that you cooked previously. Next, start stuffing all the peppers and place them on a tray.

Step 6

Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake them for 10 minutes. Then, remove them to taste it. You can accompany this dish with batch cream.
