How to make whipped cream

1 kg kunafa

300 g (1 ⁄41 cup) boiled cow cream

400 g (2 ⁄31 cup) melted fat

100 g (1 cup) grated pistachios

For:

400g (2 cups) sugar

150 ml (2 ⁄3 cup) water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation method whipped cream

For:

Mix the sugar with the water in a small pot and stir lightly.

Put the pot over medium heat until the water boils, reduce the heat and boil for a minute, then add the lemon and stir and boil for another minute, stirring.

Rub the kunafa leaves until the threads crumble.
